Volleyball Recap: Bucklin Takes a Loss

Bucklin lost against Medicine Lodge back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Red Aces took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Bucklin was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22.

Among those leading the charge was Emery Shinliver, who had 15 digs and one assist.

Bucklin's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Medicine Lodge, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1.

Looking ahead, Bucklin will take on Ingalls at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Medicine Lodge, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against South Gray on the 6th.
