Football Recap: Larimore Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Larimore lost against Cavalier back in September of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The matchup between the Polar Bears and the Tornadoes didn't end well, with the Polar Bears falling 40-22. The Polar Bears were down 28-6 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Despite the loss, Larimore still got an impressive performance from Grant Odermann, who rushed for 182 yards and one score.

Larimore's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Cavalier, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Larimore will take on rival Midway/Minto at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cavalier is set to challenge their familiar foe North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] on Friday.
