Hermitage was not the first on the board on Tuesday, but they got there more often. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Highland Springs Springers. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 12-6 win the Springers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2025.

Brody Davis was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in May of 2025. Malachi Parris was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs.

The victory made it two in a row for Hermitage and bumps their season record up to 5-14. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Highland Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8.

Hermitage will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Springers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
