Softball Recap: Baldwin Bulldogs vs. Osawatomie Trojans
Baldwin was the 14-4 winner over Osawatomie when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Baldwin Bulldogs fell just short of the Osawatomie Trojans by a score of 8-7 on Thursday.
For Osawatomie's part, Gracie Fanning and Jules Beery did most of the damage at the plate: Fanning scored two runs while going 3-for-4, while Beery went 2-for-4 with a stolen base, two RBI, and a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Ericka Combs, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
