The Abilene Eagles will take on the Duncanville Panthers and Pantherettes at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Abilene's offense. They came up short against Midlothian on Thursday, falling 6-0. Abilene have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Duncanville). They put the hurt on Mansfield with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday.

Duncanville's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Abilene, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1.
