Soccer Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Chiles Timberwolves. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 226th, while the Timberwolves are ranked 40th).

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Chiles, they pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Bartram Trail the next time they take the pitch. Chiles will host Bartram Trail at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Lincoln will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
