Soccer Recap: The Covenant School Comes Up Short

Despite a strong season so far, The Covenant School has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They fell 3-1 to the St. Anne's-Belfield Saints on Friday. That's two games in a row now that The Covenant School have lost by exactly two goals.

Their goal came courtesy of Timothy Vencill, who's now up to ten this season.

The Covenant School's record now sits at 13-6. As for St. Anne's-Belfield, the victory snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 4-5-1 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. The Covenant School will challenge Veritas School at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Anne's-Belfield, they will take on Trinity Episcopal at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
