Volleyball Recap: Shiloh's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Tuesday

After a string of seven wins, Shiloh's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Lakeside Vikings. The Generals were not able to make up for their defeat to the Vikings from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16.

Caelyn Whosendove paced Shiloh's offense, picking up ten kills. Whosendove got some help from Temperance Johnson and her 11 assists.

Shiloh's loss dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Lakeside, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Shiloh and Lakeside will both be playing Chamblee the next time they take the court. The Generals will head out to face the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
