Volleyball Game Preview: Tompkins Falcons vs. Clear Lake Falcons + Official Tickets

Tompkins will face off against Clear Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tompkins is coming into the match hot, having won their last 18 games.

Tompkins is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Memorial.

Lainey Monroe had a dynamite game, getting 24 digs and four assists. She has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Meanwhile, Clear Lake was able to grind out a solid win over Shadow Creek on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1.

Tompkins' record now sits at 37-5. As for Clear Lake, their record is now 29-15.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's contest: Tompkins has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 7.3 aces per game. However, it's not like Clear Lake struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6.5 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
