Basketball Recap: East Marshall Wins Going Away Against AGWSR

East Marshall won the last time they faced AGWSR and things went their way on Tuesday too. The East Marshall Mustangs took down the AGWSR Cougars 54-40. The 54-point effort marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The win made it two in a row for East Marshall and bumps their season record up to 2-4. As for AGWSR, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

East Marshall will welcome Grundy Center at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Grundy Center knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully East Marshall likes a good challenge. As for AGWSR, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the AGWSR Cougars take on the South Hardin Tigers at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
