Baseball Recap: William Byrd Comes Up Short

William Byrd lost against Cave Spring on April 9th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Terriers fell just short of the Knights by a score of 4-3. The Terriers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

William Byrd's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Cave Spring, their record is now 5-7.

Coming up, William Byrd will venture away from home to square off against Fleming at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Terriers are facing the Colonels at the right time seeing as the Colonels are stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Cave Spring, they will host Pulaski County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
