Foley has gone 9-1 against Robertsdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Foley Lions will host the Robertsdale Golden Bears at 5:30 p.m. Robertsdale took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Foley, who comes in off a win.

Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 15th, while the Pirates are ranked 78th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Robertsdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by Daphne and fell 59-16.

Foley will have to contain Lola Mosley as she made an impact in Robertsdale's last game. She dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. That's the most points Mosley has posted since back in November of 2024.

Foley's win bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Robertsdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-16.

Everything came up roses for Foley against Robertsdale in their previous meeting back in November of 2023, as the team secured a 47-18 victory. Will Foley repeat their success, or does Robertsdale have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
