Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Kohen Griffin: he recorded his first sack on Thursday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made eight total tackles (1.0 for loss) as Deary took down Timberline 18-12. We hope Griffin's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Griffin and Deary will welcome Potlatch at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. Griffin had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their matchup back in September of 2024 36-14.
