Volleyball Recap: Bel Air Triumphs

Bel Air won the last time they faced Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Highlanders came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 2-0.

Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Glory Spratt and Andrea Trujillo. Spratt had 24 digs and three aces, while Trujillo had 14 digs and nine assists. Trujillo is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Bel Air now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Bel Air has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Da Vinci on the 23rd. As for Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Patterson Institute on the 22nd.
