Volleyball Recap: Skyridge's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Skyridge waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Orem Tigers. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 3-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory didn't come easy: Orem scored at least 21 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 19-25, 25-22, 25-22.

Estelle Slaney was nothing short of spectacular: she had 27 digs and six assists.

Skyridge's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Orem, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Skyridge will challenge Salem Hills at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orem, they will face off against Crimson Cliffs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
