Soccer Game Preview: Victory Christian Academy vs. Faith Christian Academy

Victory Christian Academy hasn't had much luck against Faith Christian Academy recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Soldiers will venture away from home to challenge the Angels at 5:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Victory Christian Academy comes in on three and Faith Christian Academy on four.

Victory Christian Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand CES Academy a 6-0 shutout on Monday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Faith Christian Academy won against Wayne Christian Academy last Monday with two goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Tuesday. The Angels walked away with a 2-0 win over Crossroads Christian Academy.

Ryu Smith and Cutch Reaves scored both of Faith Christian Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Victory Christian Academy's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three matchups. As for Faith Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0-1.
