Passers beware: Niel Kelly came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also threw for zero yards , helping propel Douglas past Phoenix by a score of 25-7. We hope Kelly's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Kelly and Douglas will head out on the road to face off against Pleasant Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Billies will enter the matchup having just beaten Brookings-Harbor, so the Trojans will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
