Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hawkins). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Big Sandy Wildcats 86-25. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 24 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Hawkins' seventh in a row) raised their record to 16-1. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.7 points per game. As for Big Sandy, they dropped their record down to 2-14 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Hawkins will square off against Linden-Kildare at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hawkins' defense has only allowed 30 points per game this season, so Linden-Kildare's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Big Sandy, they will welcome Harleton at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
