Volleyball Recap: Northview Takes a Loss

Northview lost against Lambert on September 2nd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Titans lost 3-0 to the Longhorns. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Titans have suffered since September 2nd.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-14, 25-18.

Avery Wagoner paced Northview's offense, picking up eight kills. Wagoner got some help from Olivia Ardis and her 16 assists.

Northview dropped their record down to 15-18 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Lambert, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-17 record this season.

Northview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Salem on the 2nd. As for Lambert, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against West Forsyth on the 2nd.
