Soccer Game Preview: South Miami vs. Westland Hialeah

The South Miami Cobras are taking a road trip to challenge the Westland Hialeah Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Miami has given up an average of 3.1 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

South Miami lost 7-4 to JC Bermudez Doral on Thursday.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Westland Hialeah was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They came up short against Miami, falling 7-0.

Westland Hialeah has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for South Miami, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5-2.

Everything went South Miami's way against Westland Hialeah when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as South Miami made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cobras since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
