Volleyball Recap: Frontier Comes Up Short

After flying high against Carroll on Thursday, Frontier came back down to earth. The Falcons came up short against the West Lafayette Red Devils on Monday, falling 3-0. The Falcons were not able to make up for their loss to the Red Devils from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-13, 25-18.

Frontier dropped their record down to 9-18 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for West Lafayette, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Frontier and South Newton will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for West Lafayette, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Lafayette Central Catholic on the 1st.
