Basketball Recap: Sci-Tech Find Success

There's no place like home for Sci-Tech, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in January. They escaped with a win on Monday against the Ware Indians by the margin of a single free throw, 41-40. This was payback for the CyberCats, who suffered a 50-45 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The victory got Sci-Tech back to even at 1-1. As for Ware, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-5.

Sci-Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ware, they will venture away from home to take on Springfield Renaissance at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Springfield Renaissance has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
