Soccer Game Preview: Nashville vs. Bauxite

The Nashville Scrappers will head out to face off against the Bauxite Miners at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Nashville's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Nashville managed to slip by Mena the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Scrappers lost 3-0 to the Bearcats on Friday. While losing is never fun, Nashville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 90th, while Mena are ranked 33rd).

Meanwhile, Bauxite didn't have quite enough to beat Magnolia on Friday and fell 2-1. The loss was Bauxite's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bauxite fell to 7-1. As for Nashville, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.
