There's no place like home for Trenton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Chiefland Indians on Monday. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Indians walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

While Trenton might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Chiefland scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-20, 14-25, 25-18.

Trenton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season. As for Chiefland, they dropped their record down to 6-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Chiefland has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Taylor County on the 30th. Hopefully Trenton paid attention to the Indians' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Indians at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
