Eugene proved they can win big with a 15-run victory on Friday. On Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Russellville Indians, sneaking past 6-5. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on three straight.

For Russellville's part, they saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Karsyn Duncan, who went 2-for-4 while posting 2 RBIs and 1 double.

Eugene has now won nine of their last 10 games at home. That's given a solid lift to their 25-9 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.8 runs. As for Russellville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-12 record.

As of now, neither Eugene nor Russellville have any future games scheduled.
