Softball Recap: Northeastern Jets vs. Mechanicsburg Indians
It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Northeastern ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 12-11 win over the Mechanicsburg Indians. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Jets have posted since March 21st.

Kylee Williams made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up five earned (and six unearned) runs off 11 hits. Those 11 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two RBI.
