Football Recap: Sands Comes Up Short

After flying high against Loraine last Friday, Sands came back down to earth. The Mustangs were outmatched by the Robert Lee Steers and fell 82-46. The Mustangs lost against the Steers in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 74-70 score last time.

The defeat snapped Sands' winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record. As for Robert Lee, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
