Miller School of Albemarle has won six straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Fredericksburg Christian has won six straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Fredericksburg Christian made easy work of Miller School of Albemarle last Wednesday and carried off a 21-1 win. Considering the Eagles have won eight contests by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Scarlett Whittaker was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with three RBI and two runs.

Rylie has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. Another player making a difference was Morgan Clark, who earned one RBI and three runs.
Fredericksburg Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .686. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Fredericksburg Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Miller School of Albemarle, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Miller School of Albemarle has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 12 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Fredericksburg Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 9.8 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
