Basketball Recap: Keystone Heights Comes Up Short

Keystone Heights and Baldwin squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Keystone Heights had to settle for second. They took a 46-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Baldwin Indians. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Keystone Heights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 41-30 back in January.

Baldwin was led to victory by Danasia Baxter-Johnson and Jazmine Thomas. Baxter-Johnson posted 16 points, while Thomas scored 12 points. Those 12 points gave Thomas a new career-high.

Keystone Heights' loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Baldwin, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Keystone Heights nor Baldwin have any future games scheduled.
