Inman pushed their score all the way to 15 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They suffered a rough 24-15 loss at the hands of the Skyline Thunderbirds. That's two games in a row now that Inman has lost by exactly nine runs.
For Skyline's part, Brayden Berens was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing a base while getting on base in five of his seven plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Keegyn Washington, who went 2-for-5 with five RBI and two runs.
Inman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Skyline, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
