It was a good run, but Allegany-Limestone unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 8-4 to the Salamanca Warriors. The Gators were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 20-0.

Allegany-Limestone's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Salamanca, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Allegany-Limestone wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 21-6 defeat against Southwestern on the 24th. As for Salamanca, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-1 loss against Dunkirk on the 24th.
