Baseball Recap: Lodi Takes a Loss

Lodi lost to Park Ridge back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rams fell just short of the Owls by a score of 5-4. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Angel Alfaro was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-5 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Lodi's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 9-4-1. As for Park Ridge, the win keeps them at an undefeated 17-0.

While Lodi had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
