On Monday Bucklin's undefeated season almost came to an end. They beat the Elkhart Wildcats by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 16-15. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 16-15 win on Monday.

Bucklin's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Elkhart, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Bucklin is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Minneola at 4:00 p.m. on the 7th. This will be the Red Aces' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Elkhart, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Hugoton on Thursday.
