On Monday Cooper Notz pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. The performance also marked the most strikeouts (five) Notz has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fifth in a row with less than one earned run. On the year, he has an ERA of .50 over 14 innings pitched.
