Softball Recap: Parkwood Takes a Loss

Parkwood lost against West Stanly on March 4th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Parkwood lost 13-1 to West Stanly. The Wolf Pack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Parkwood saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grayce Marvel, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Parkwood's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for West Stanly, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Looking ahead, Parkwood will square off against Anson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Parkwood is facing Anson at the right time seeing as Anson is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for West Stanly, they will host Mount Pleasant at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
