Basketball Recap: National Cathedral Wins Going Away Against Saint James

On Friday, National Cathedral strolled past the Saint James Saints with points to spare, taking the game 38-21.

Despite the loss, Saint James saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Tenley Mullendore went 6 of 14 en route to 18 points.

The win got National Cathedral back to even at 2-2. As for Saint James, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season.

National Cathedral will challenge Flint Hill at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Saint James, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 42-29 defeat against Highland on the 11th.
