Soccer Game Preview: Globe vs. San Miguel

Globe hasn't had much luck against San Miguel recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Globe Tigers will host the San Miguel Vipers at 4:00 p.m.

Globe is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals last Wednesday, they were much more limited against Bourgade Catholic on Friday. They lost 8-0 to the Golden Eagles.

Meanwhile, San Miguel made easy work of Desert Christian on Tuesday and carried off a 7-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vipers.

They hit Desert Christian with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Misael Garcia (2), Jared Arvizu Garcia (2), Alejandro Garcia (2), and Landon Bonfiglio.

Globe now has a losing record at 1-2. As for San Miguel, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
