Softball Recap: Charles Henderson Comes Up Short

Charles Henderson and Headland squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Charles Henderson had to settle for second. They came up short against the Rams, falling 16-1. The Trojans just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Charles Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Headland, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-15 record this season.

Charles Henderson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Headland, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 4-3 loss against Faith Academy on the 5th.
