Soccer Recap: Alamosa Comes Up Short

Alamosa lost against Durango back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mean Moose lost 4-0 to the Demons. That's two games in a row now that Alamosa have lost by exactly four goals.

Alamosa's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Durango, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Alamosa and Durango could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Colorado Rankings. The Mean Moose (ranked 196th) will meet Taos (ranked 13th) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Durango will square off against Montrose at 5:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (77 vs. 15).
