Basketball Recap: Montague Takes a Loss

Montague was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 50-39 to the Orchard View Cardinals. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 40-29.

Montague's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Orchard View, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-11.

Montague won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Muskegon Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Orchard View, they will head out to face off against Oakridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
