Football Recap: Brunswick Railroaders vs. Saint James Saints
Brunswick played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 51-13 loss at the hands of the Saint James Saints. The Railroaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-0.
Jayden Yates was his usual excellent self, throwing for 164 yards and four TDs while completing 86.7% of his passes, and also rushing for 85 yards and one touchdown for Saint James. Those four passing touchdowns gave Yates a new career-high. Marcello Anderson was another key player, gaining 103 total yards and three touchdowns.
Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Saint James, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-2.
