Baseball Recap: Fairview's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Fairview suffered their biggest defeat since April 16, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against the Harpeth Indians, falling 10-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Yellowjackets were not able to get on the board.

Fairview's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-2. As for Harpeth, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Coming up, Fairview will look to defend their home field on Monday against Creek Wood at 6:15 p.m. Creek Wood will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Fairview surely won't give up without a fight. As for Harpeth, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-3 win against Santa Fe on the 22nd.
