Basketball Recap: Estancia Takes a Loss

Estancia lost against St. Margaret back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Estancia Eagles took a 54-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Margaret's Tartans.

Estancia has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for St. Margaret's, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.

Estancia and Valencia will face off at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. One thing working in Valencia's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matches. As for St. Margaret's, they and Bolsa Grande will face off at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. St. Margaret's is facing Bolsa Grande at the right time seeing as Bolsa Grande is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
