Soccer Recap: Robertsdale Comes Up Short

Robertsdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 6-1 to the Foley Lions. The Golden Bears were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lions from their previous meeting back in April of 2022.

Robertsdale's goal came courtesy of Whitney Wells, who's now up to seven this season.

Robertsdale's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Foley, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-11-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Robertsdale will square off against St. Michael Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Michael Catholic will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Robertsdale surely won't give up without a fight. As for Foley, they will take on Bayshore Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
