Volleyball Recap: Central Dewitt Has No Trouble Against Davenport Central

Central DeWitt barely beat Davenport Central the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Central DeWitt blew past Davenport Central 3-0 on Tuesday. Central DeWitt not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 15th (when they won 3-0).

Central DeWitt's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Davenport Central, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-13.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Central DeWitt will challenge rival Bettendorf at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Davenport Central is set to take on their familiar foe Anamosa on Saturday.
