Volleyball Recap: Pine Creek Beats Fountain-Fort Carson for Their Third Straight Win + How To Watch

Pine Creek had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Pine Creek never let Fountain-Fort Carson on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-23.

Alyssa Valdez was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 11 digs and three assists. Those three assists gave her a new career-high.

Pine Creek was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 11 consecutive matches.

Pine Creek's record now sits at 9-4. As for Fountain-Fort Carson, they dropped their record down to 5-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
