Softball Recap: Fouke Takes a Loss

Fouke blew Arkansas out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Arkansas got their revenge. The Panthers fell just short of the Razorbacks by a score of 2-0. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Razorbacks earlier this season, when they won 8-1.

Fouke's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Arkansas, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-11 record this season.

Fouke will face off against Nashville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Scrappers will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Arkansas, they will challenge White Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
