Wheeling Central Catholic had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Brooke Bruins. The Maroon Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bruins, too.

Wheeling Central Catholic easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-20.

Wheeling Central Catholic's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Brooke, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season.
