Baseball Recap: West Scranton Invaders vs. Scranton Knights
West Scranton had lost five straight at home, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 4-16 to make it six. They lost 12-5 to the Scranton Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in April.
West Scranton saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Michael D'Augostine, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
As for Scranton, they now have a winning record of 11-10. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
