The White Mountain Wolves pushed their score all the way to 57 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were beaten by Shishmaref 89-57. White Mountain just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.

Shishmaref found their leader in underclassman Ivan Davis-Nayokpuk, who scored 24 points. Colton Hadley was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.

White Mountain now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Shishmaref, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.

White Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Shishmaref is on the road again on Friday and plays the Malamutes at 4:30 p.m. on February 2nd.
